I use propane instead of natural gas. Is that a problem?
Not at all. A significant portion of our Magnolia installations are propane-fueled. We install units converted and calibrated for liquid propane, so they burn cleanly and efficiently.
My home is on a private well. How does that affect the system?
Well water often has higher mineral content or sediment. We strongly advise a pre-filter to catch sediment before it enters the heater, plus a strict annual flushing schedule to prevent scale, which we can handle for you.
Can a tankless unit handle a large, sprawling ranch home?
