I called on Friday afternoon. My problem was in New Waverly, about 50 miles north of Houston. Bryan called back and said he could be out about 6:00pm. He called again at about 8:00pm and said he had just finished and could come then. He arrived at about 9:30pm and professionally fixed the problem. I won’t ever call anyone else.

Every aspect of Hot Water is capable and customer service oriented. Office staff, sales, installation and inspection were very easy to work with. They are service oriented and technically knowledgeable about getting you the best unit and installation for your home. Plus if any service is needed, I already know who to call. We went with an exterior unit and gained a closet. Give these guys a call especially while the IRS rebate is in effect. You will be pleased.
